GIFTS BY ALLIE Return Policy

Claiming Damages and Return Procedures

This Return Policy pertains to all products sold by GIFTS BY ALLIE. 

Return Policy for giftsbyallie.com

Any product purchased from giftsbyallie.com may be returned within 10 business days from the invoice date (less shipping and handling costs).  If your product becomes defective within 30 business days after the invoice date, you may return it for a refund or immediate replacement.  All products are sold with a complete merchandiser's warranty.  After 30 days from the invoice date, returns and replacements must be handled directly between the customer and manufacturer.  All products must be in "relatively-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

GIFTS BY ALLIE will not accept any product returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  A RMA must be issued before you can return any product.  Email us at giftsbyallie@yahoo.com to recieve your RMA number.  In the Subject bar write RE:  Returns.  You must include your order number, the name and number of the product you are returning, customer name, reason for returning the product, customer email address, and a request for either a refund or replacement.  Once issued, the RMA number is valid for up to 9 days.  Please be sure to use this number in future correspondences regarding your claim.

All returned products must be shipped through UPS services, and in its original packaging.  Include the original packaging of the merchandise and accessories, original boxing, and shipping materials.  NOTE:  ANY RETURNS RECIEVED WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.  However, Failure to return any approved return in its original packaging will result in a $20.00 repackaging fee.  Customer must then email the UPS package tracking number to giftsbyallie@yahoo.com or call a Sales Representative at 678-603-0443, Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9 A.M. - 6 P.M. within 9 days.  The GIFTS BY ALLIE Sales Representative Center is closed on Sundays.

Although we wish that each product is delivered in excellent condition, there is no way of guaranteeing that all products are delivered in excellent condition.  Facts are that shipments are at an approximate 91% safety rate.  This means that about 91 out of 100 products may arrive to customers in excellent condition.   However, if you are in the 9 percent that do not recieve their packages in excellent condition there is no problem.  We can help you!

Damaged Merchandise Return Policy

All damaged product claims must be filed in 3 business days from receipt of merchadise.  You must email us at giftsbyallie@yahoo.com, and follow the procedures to receive a RMA number.  To return the product simply repackage the damaged merchandise into it's original container including all packaging materials.  Return the merchandise to the RETURN ADDRESS on the shipping label.  Once the merchandise is recieved at our distribution warehouse, we will make sure to process and ship a replacement within 3 - 5 business days.

GIFTS BY ALLIE will refund the shipping and handling charges for all damaged merchandise.  However, it is the customers responsibility to obtain a reciept from the UPS services for the return shipping charges.  We will only allow for UPS Ground Service charges.  We will not authorize refund shipping charges for excessive charges or expressed shipments.  Also, we do not authorize refund charges for Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested Fees, or any similarly added fees.  Please call our Customer Service Representatives at 678-603-0443 for the address where you should send the merchandise and shipping reciept.

Upon receiving the shipping receipt at our processing office, we will credit your account for the return shipping charges.  However, the returned merchandise and shipping receipt must be recieved in order to credit your account.  

Unsatisfactory Merchandise Return Policy

GIFTS BY ALLIE has a wide, and exceptional variety of products.  We offer the highest quality in product selection.  We make sure that each of our products have a 100% guarantee of quality craftsmanship and detail; however we will not be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for returned products due to customer unsatisfactory.

For returns of these types, you must email us to obtain a RMA number at giftsbyallie@yahoo.com within 10 days from the receipt of your merchandise.  Once you recieve your RMA number you can send the merchandise to the address on the UPS Return Address Shipment Label.  GIFTS BY ALLIE will not refund the shipping and handling charges for these types of returns. 

Returning unsatisfactory merchandise.  How?  Contact UPS and request a driver to pickup the package and have it returned to the sender upon our approval.  Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.  Failure to do so will result in a $20.00 repackaging fee.

Once the product is received, we will issue a complete refund for the purchase price of the product(s) to your account (less shipping and handling charges).  

Return Policy Points

  • All damaged product claims must be filed within 3 business days from reciept of merchandise.
  • Replacement products will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
  • All returned merchandise must include the original package containing the merchandise recieved.  Also, returned products must be sent back in the same shipping box with the same packaging materials used for shipping the merchandise. 
  • If steps in Point 3 are not met, then customer will be assessed a $20.00 repackaging fee.
  • All returns must be recieved in the same condition as when shipped.
  • GIFTS BY ALLIE reserves the right to refuse shipment to a particular individual based on previous claims filed.
  • No returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authrization (RMA) number.
  • GIFTS BY ALLIE will refund shipping and handling charges for damaged products only.  For the replacement of unsatisfactory products, shipping and handling charges will apply.

Once GIFTS BY ALLIE Recieves Your Return

Once giftsbyallie.com receives your approved returned product, we will issue a full credit, less shipping cost, within 20 days of receiving the return.

GIFTS BY ALLIE reserves the right to charge a $20.00 repackaging fee if all shipping material steps are not met.

GIFTS BY ALLIE will ship replacement products within 3 - 5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.

If for some reason you do not receive your credit within the time span previously mentioned, please contact us or check with your credit card company.

Shipping cost will only be refunded, if it is deemed that giftbyallie.com made a mistake during delivery of the product.

If the product is being returned for a replacement, then additional shipping charges will apply.  GIFTS BY ALLIE is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.  We highly recommend having the returned packages insured.
