Sales Terms and Conditions

The website giftsbyallie.com is the sole property of GIFTS BY ALLIE.  All credit card transactions, purchases, and agreements stated on this website are also sole property of GIFTS BY ALLIE.

Placing An Order

To place an order, just browse through our vast product selection, click on any item(s) that you wish to buy, and put them into your shopping cart.  Once you have selected all of the item(s) that you wish to buy, click on "View Cart" to review what item(s) you have selected or "Checkout".  You will be asked a couple of questions inorder to complete your order, and your done!  We accept major credit cards, and Debit/Check cards with the VISA and MASTERCARD logo on them.  Once your order is complete you will be sent a receipt to the email address provided on your account.  NOTE:  DUE TO VARIOUS SAFETY MEASURES, RECEIPTS MAY BE KEPT IN YOUR BULK FOLDER.  If you can not find your receipt in your regular mail folder, check your bulk mail folder.  If you can not find a receipt for your purchase in your email account at all, please call or email our facility. 

If you would like to place an oder by mail with a check or money order, just print out the GIFTS BY ALLIE ORDER FORM,  browse through our vast product selection, write down any products you wish to purchase.  Once you have selected all of the item(s) that you wish to buy, completely fill out the form with payment including a 7% tax for the state of Georgia, and mail it to GIFTS BY ALLIE, 1310 Ridgeview Drive, Griffin, GA, 30223.  No shipping charges apply to customers in the Griffin area.  For all other areas; please review the GIFTS BY ALLIE ORDER FORM for exact shipping charges. Shipping rates included on the GIFTS BY ALLIE ORDER FORM only apply to mail-in orders; not online orders. 

NOTE:  No orders will be mailed out to the customer until full payment is recieved and verified by GIFTS BY ALLIE. 

Purchase Agreement

By accepting delivery of products from GIFTS BY ALLIE the customer agrees to be bound by our Sales Terms and Conditions.  Any attempt to change or alter any part of these Sales Terms and Conditions will void out the agreement.  These Sales Terms and Conditions, product prices, and other GIFTS BY ALLIE specifications may change without previous notice.  All products come with original manufacturer warranty and no technical support from GIFTS BY ALLIE.  See enclosed warranty for manufacturer's coverage.  Customers pay return shipping; however GIFTS BY ALLIE will reimburse shipping charges for products damaged during initial shipment.  CUSTOMER MUST SEND A COPY OF THE SHIPPING RECEIPT TO GIFTS BY ALLIE FOR REIMBURSEMENT.  UPS Ground Shipping prices only.  GIFTS BY ALLIE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Warranty

GIFTS BY ALLIE provides a 10 day warranty on all products purchased at giftsbyallie.com.  THIS WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO THE ORIGINAL BUYER OF THE PRODUCT.  GIFTS BY ALLIE does not support warranty claims on any of its products beyond 30 days unless stated otherwise.  After 30 days you must deal directly with the manufacturer of the product for problems and repairs.

GIFTS BY ALLIE does not warrant any product that has been subjected to improper use, abuse, or physical alterations or damage.  Removal of any serial number or warranty labels will also void warranty coverage.  The buyer agrees to inspect all goods at the time of delivery and shall notify GIFTS BY ALLIE of any problems within 3 days of receipt of the product.    

Disclaimers

If there are products that display disclaimers such as: 

"The following is provided in compliance with California law prop. 65: WARNING: This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects.",  "Not Microwave or dishwasher safe.", or any other type of disclaimer whether written on the website or not.  It is at the customers discretion to read, research, and understand the ramifications of the disclaimer.

GIFTS BY ALLIE is not responsible for any circumstances resulting from the use of products with disclaimers on them.

Limitations of Liability

The maximum liability GIFTS BY ALLIE offers is limited to the purchase price of the product sold.  GIFTS BY ALLIE SHALL NOT BE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THE LIABILITY LIMIT.  GIFTS BY ALLIE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, AND/OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, WHETHER OR NOT GIFTS BY ALLIE IS AWARE OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
