Q1. What do I do if I have to return an item?
A1. To return an item just placed the unused gift in its original packaging and follow the step written in our Return Policy.
SHIPPING
Q1. When will my order be shipped?
A1. Most orders are shipped within 5 - 10 business days. However, shipping dates may vary depending on the shipping method you selected.
Q2. How much do you charge for shipping?
A2. Orders are delivered within the United States based on purchase amount. Prices are listed on the UPS Shipping webpage. We use UPS to ship all our products because of their fast and reliable service. Your shipping order total will be display on your webpage before you place your order.
Q3. Do you ship internationally?
A3. Currently GIFTS BY ALLIE does not ship outside of the United States.
PAYMENT METHODS
Q1. What credit cards do you accept?
A1. GIFTS BY ALLIE accepts VISA and Mastercard.
Q2. Do you accept Check/ATM Cards?
A2. Yes. We do accept Check/ATM Cards with the VISA and MasterCard logo on them.
Q3. Do you accept checks?
A3. Yes. We do accept payment by check or money orders through the mail. Customers must fill out an order form for this option; however, no orders will be mailed out until full payment is recieved by GIFTS BY ALLIE.
Upon check out there is a link that will ask if you would like to print out an order form. Print it, fill it out, enclose your check or money order, and mail it to our facility. It is that simple!
